Emaan International School (EIS)

It is common knowledge that international schools are not established in the rural areas. Yet, in a peaceful village of Chrak Romiet in Kampong Chhnang province, an international school was established in late 2019 with the vision of providing quality education for every child. EIS aims at providing the villagers with the unique opportunity of getting international and quality education at an affordable price. EIS offers both the Khmer national curriculum and the Cambridge academic programme.

Emaan International School (EIS) Curriculum

EIS’s curriculum encompasses Academic subjects and Islamic Studies (and Moral/Civics Studies) as well as Co-Curricular Activities (CCA). All curriculum contents are to be linked to the real needs and life of the students as well as to the issues faced in today’s world. Non-Muslim students have the option to attend Moral/Civic Studies lessons.

National Curriculum

EIS adopts national curriculum which comprises several subjects such as Khmer, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies and Physical and Health Education.

International Curriculum (Cambridge)

EIS’s international curriculum comprises

of English language and Arabic Language

Islamic Studies (Andalus)

EIS embrace Andalus curriculum for its Islamic curriculum. The aim of Islamic curriculum is teaching students the meaning of being a Muslim. This means that the main goal of Islamic studies curriculum is not to teach students information about Islam, but rather to teach them what it means to be a Muslim. Our Islamic Studies consists of Quran, Akhlaq (Ethics), Aqidah, Fiqh, and Arabic.

Co-curricular Activities (CCAs)

Comprises of the non-academic curriculum such as Sports, Art, Music, Competitions, and Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice activities (amar ma’ruf nahi mungkar). The aim is to ensure that students acquire the right values and useful skills to take them through life as responsible adults and active citizens.

Our Strategic Partners

Emaan International school would not have gone far, done much and aim for more without the support and collaboration with our strategic and valued partners. We invite your organisation to be a part of the Catalyst Community too.
